I ordered a floating frame the end of March and it was not shipped until May 5th. It arrived last Monday and it does not have any of the hardware to attach the canvas to the frame. Should that have been included with the frame? And if so, could it be sent to me now?

Our replace pictures have arrived and although FedEx did their best to damage them again, your careful inner packaging kept them in perfect condition.
